EXAM SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY!
The unexpected harsh weather has conflicted with the end of the 1st semester exams and start of the 2nd semester classes. We appreciate your patience as we continue to make adjustments. My goal at Atherton is to always think about what is best for our students.
Our exam schedule adjustment.
Tomorrow will be a regular scheduled day for Friday, January 24, 2025. Students will attend all classes. Students will be taking all exams in those classes. We understand that seems overwhelming but the goal of taking the exams is to end the semester that we previously extended and give students the opportunity to improve their grade. The exams students take tomorrow will serve to only improve their current grade. Also, students that attend GCI or any work-based learning will be able to do so. Finally, all earned vouchers will be honored.
The 2nd semester will begin Monday, January 27, 2025 as adjusted previously.
We will pass out new schedules on Friday as well for students to begin on Monday.
Due to icy roads, school is closed today, January 23rd.
Our exam days for 1st semester will be Thursday ( Hours 1-2-3) and Friday (Hours 4-5-6).
2nd semester classes will be starting Monday, January 27, 2025!
Atherton Community Schools will be closed on Wednesday, January 22nd due to the cold weather.
